No-Hassle Returns:

It's very simple. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, simply return them within 30 days of the ship date no questions asked.

Returns Procedure

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your returned products for identification. Returns must contain at least 75% of original contents. We cannot refund shipping charges. Returns must be shipped back to our mailing address using USPS Priority Mail.

We are unable to process returns or refunds if received by us 30 days after the order was shipped. We can only process returns for products purchased directly at www.truenaturelabs.com. Please allow 30-60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

This Guarantee is void if, at TrueNatureLabs’ sole discretion, if we believe that the purchaser is taking illegitimate advantage or abusing the terms of this policy.

We encourage you to try our products at no risk; we know you are going to be impressed by them. If you are not completely and unconditionally satisfied with the products purchased from our Website, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund.

In order to claim a refund, submit a request from our contact page, and you will be emailed an RMA number and return instructions.
