Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within one business day from the receipt of payment. The typical delivery time for standard shipping is 5 to 10 days.

Shipping to US and Canada:

The Shipping & Handling fee for U.S. and Canada orders is calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address. You will have an opportunity to review the shipping fee before confirming your order.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all orders of $25 or more. This will be automatically applied when checking out with PayPal. For our Google Checkout customers, please enter the coupon code freeship during checkout, and a discount will be applied to the total order. If you have chosen a faster shipping method, the discount will be $10.

Shipping Options:

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or UPS. Fees will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.

International Shipping:

We presently only ship to the United States and Canada. To purchase in other countries, please visit Laboratoires des Mascareignes

No-Hassle Returns:

It's very simple. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, simply return them within 30 days of the ship date no questions asked.

Returns Procedure

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your returned products for identification. Returns must contain at least 75% of original contents. We cannot refund shipping charges. Returns must be shipped back to our mailing address using USPS Priority Mail.

We are unable to process returns or refunds if received by us 30 days after the order was shipped. We can only process returns for products purchased directly at www.truenaturelabs.com. Please allow 30-60 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

This Guarantee is void if, at TrueNatureLabs’ sole discretion, we believe that the purchaser is taking illegitimate advantage or abusing the terms of this policy.

We encourage you to try our products at no risk; we know you are going to be impressed by them. If you are not completely and unconditionally satisfied with the products purchased from our Website, simply return them within 30 days for a full refund.
